I've had a dog for about four years, and have just recently inherited a small tabby cat. The cat is almost a year old, is very nice, sociable, and playful. But my dog is a schipperke/terrier mix, and is a little crazy. I have to keep the dog on a leash when the cat is near. I have a muzzle for the dog that I sometimes use when they are close. I won't be able to keep the cat if my dog dosn't adjust. I am desperately trying everything I can to make them friends, but it's not really working. I hold the dog back while the cat comes a little close to investigate, but my dog is just to tightly wound. The cat sleeps in one room with a bathroom, and uses the litter box. Sometimes, I let her out to rome the house, while the dog is locked in the backyard. I don't know what else to do.

I let her in the front yard supervised, of course, but I don't let her go for very long or too far, she will be spayed next week, and I want her to enjoy being outdoors, alone, but I'm afraid she won't come back in...

i got her last week. she's 14 months old and has had 3 litters. previous owner couldn't be bothered to get her spayed. I'm waiting for money off vouchers from cats protection, as i cant afford the full amount to have it done. in the meantime i've got to keep her in. shes getting really fed up, and doesn't know what to do with herself. she's not eating much either, even though food is always available to her. shes very restless, and i need ideas of how to entertain her!

I have a 4 month old female boston terrier. She is the sweetest, loving, healthy, happy dog I have ever seen. I have heard her bark twice since we have had her. My friends say she does not bark because she never has a reason to. I want to train her to bark when she needs to go outside to relieve herself. Currently I have to sleep light and keep an eye on her to make sure she doesn't poop on my carpet. She has a nice bed on the floor right next to my bed. I will see her sneak off and sit at the foot of the stairs looking to see if I am awake then run downstairs to poop. I will get up and try to stop her and take her out but I don't always catch her. When I do catch her she knows she was naughty, I don't have to say anything and her ears tuck back and she looks at me with her sad eyes. During the day she is great and I have no problems with her messing inside unless I am gone for hours. Any suggestions on ways to train her to let me know when she need to poop?

My dog is about a year old, and is part pit bull. Lately some thick green liquid has been coming out of his penis. I called my vet, who said it was normal. I'm still worried though, because I've never seen this in any of my other dogs before. Has anyone ever seen this before? Is it normal? Thanks for your help!

Sometimes, I notice that my female brown tabby who has been fixed last December, get her tail straight up, and starts quivering it as if she's spraying. What is it that she's doing? Or is there something wrong, like stress or illness that makes her do this infrequently?

Do they live as long?

Are they as easy to take care of?

Are they more picky with food?

Do they need bigger tanks?

And my betta is not supposed to be a Crowntail, but his tail looks like a Crowntail's, which is spiky at the end, just not as spiky as a regular crowntail. Could he be half Crowntail? No, he doesn't have fin rot, he looks half-crowntail. Is this normal? IS HE half-crowntail? And answer my other questions please?

Tell me about crowntails help me
