spay. You can spay a b1tch. After it has been done she will have been spayed.
Use the word neuter if you get confused. You wouldn't say "can I neutered a b1tch" would you?
Now that we have the grammar sorted out. Although it CAN be done, and is done in America where they do all kinds of wierd and wicked things to animals, here in the UK and the rest of Europe, it is generally frowned upon to spay before the first season for a number of reasons. One being that the dog never developed an adult mentality. The body never really grows properly, and there is evidence to show the leg bones may grow too fast and become weak. Had you told the breeder of your pup that you wanted to spay before she was properly mature and developed, I think you will have found that she would not have sold you the dog.
If you are in the UK, I doubt you will find a vet willing to spay before her first season in any case.

A female should be spayed before she goes into heat around 5-6 monthes. any time after that she runs the risk of not properly healing or hermorraging during the operation. Thats what my vet said when i booked for spaying my 2 females.

Yes, you can spay between 6-8 months. It doesn't matter if she has come into "heat" yet or not. I know some say that you should what but no reasons were ever given. I have spayed 3 dogs before their first heat and they are just fine.

We just spayed our dog at age 4 months. By doing so, you eliminate the risks of cancer (every heat that you don't spay the dog, the more chance your dog has of getting a cancer).

To me, paying for a spay at this age makes me feel better knowing she won't go through a lot of pain later (and us be out of a lot of money too). Our spay was only 100. Plus, a lot of places do it by weight, the longer you wait, the more they are going to weigh, the more it is going to cost to spay your dog.

Absolutely. If your dog meets your vet's weight requirement for the surgery, most female dogs can be spayed around 4 - 6 months of age (before the first heat).

I had 2 of my girls spayed before they were 3 months old. Not a problem if the puppies are healthy. I found it to be easier to have them spayed when younger because they are still not very active and they tend to heal better - less chances of injurying themselves...

spaying before the first season is not really recomended as this interferes with the hormonal balance in the dog and will cause problems later in life. By all means go ahead when she had her 1st season, just make sure she kept away from dogs so she don't get caught.

Yes!!!!
You can defiantly do that...I personally would recommend it, that way they never know the feeling and they wont ever be (for lack of a better word) horny. Where as a female that gets fixed after it goes into heat may have the nasty habit of "humping" stuffed toy, blankets...ext. My Aunt use to have a female who actully did that. The same goes for males as well.
