I have a 20 week old German shorthaired pointer cross Rottweiller, he chew's absolutely everything in his path, he pulls my washing off the line and chews that, digs my plants and chews them, my Golden Retriever was never like this, although he did chew, as most puppies do, he was never this bad, Harley my cross Rotti is adorable but doing my head in, I need to try to stop him, please please can any body help me. I have tried all the conventional things, like telling him off and smacking his nose showing him what he has done at the time, I have tried puting him in the fruit garden away from Jamba my Retriever to try to teach him, but nothing seems to be working, although he is beggining to realise he is doing wrong now (1st step in the right direction) but he still does these things, and please dont tell me he will grow out of it, I know he will but there must be something I can do to try and get him out of it rather than wait for him to grow out of it, HELP!!!!!!!!!

My kittens are 2 weeks old. They dont have that many fleas, but they do have some. How can I safely remove the fleas from the babies? How can I get them off the mama cat also? The mama is not use to water, because she was not our cat, she was my sister's, but after Hurricane Katrina, my sister moved and left the cat with us. Thank You for the help.

i've my parrot with me for just a day now n i really have no idea what r the best foods 4 him.. the pet store owner told me that he can have all types of fruit.. so far he has eaten apple & tomato (i noticed he likes tomatoes a lot) i even gave him some soaked gram (chana) but he turned his nose up.. someone told me that if he has green chillies he will start talking faster.. is it true? so far he has been literattly picking his water bowl out of his stand n toppling it over.. hes even doing the same with his food bowl... i offered him a few chillies in his bowl he literally picked them up n threw them out.. nd if i try to put my hand near his cahe he screams.. its like hes so angry with me.. HELP! what shud i do to train him fast.. nd how to make him like me????
p.s. he is a ring necked common indian parrot..not yet fully mature..

My dog that I've had for 16 years just passed away. I knew it was coming, and thought I would handle it fine. But, I'm not fine and it hurt a lot. I feel like a wuss. Everybody loved my dog, a Jack Russell Terrier named Charlene (Charlie for short). People say it's just a dog, but she was really like my best friend. I couldn't handle getting another dog, at least not for awhile, but how do I get myself under control here?

I have a 3 yr old Black Lab that started scraching about 4 months ago. We have spent a fortune between the 2 doctors we are seeing (one is an allergy specialist) getting allergy testing done, fixing ripped ears with surgery, antibotics for the infections, shots, creams, food trials, shampoos, and pills. NOTHING has helped. We checked for mange 4 seperate times (they came out neg.) and have had someone come out and inspect the house for fleas (neg. also). My 2 other dogs are not having the same problems. He is now living in a e-collar and is miserable because he can't itch. My husband and I don't want to put him to sleep, but we have run out of options. PLEASE any suggestions at this point would help!!

I have a boxer female and I am bringing home her new man in 2 wks. What is the best way to introduce them. My present boxer is 3 yrs old. She is such a good girl. Just loves everybody and everything. My bff needs either let her turtle go our get someone to keep him because her sister is having a baby and it could get sick from the turtle. She doesn't want to let it go because it could DIE ,but it could also harm her sister and baby.

I have 3 cats (8,4 and 3 yrs) and I brought my newfie/lab puppy home 2 weeks ago. One of the cats is OK with the puppy - but the other two are resistant to the hyperactive pup...any suggestions for getting the cats to trust the pup?

Actually, I just have puppies. The mom have 1 baby, and we take care of them so much. We bless them with food everyday, and take them out to play. Yep that's wat it's like having puppies.
