What if they do not want it...does it mean that we invade and occupy their country?

Will we ever know?

Reading through the hate mail, amateur sleuthing and kangaroo courts of the Missing Maddie set has made me think about human nature.

I pray to whatever benign forces there be that I may never find myself involved,no matter how indirectly or inadvertantly,in a crime!

I hadn't realized till now that within so many ordinary, righteous citizens going about their business, lurk ravening wolves- howling for blood. How thin the line of pure chance is that protects me from lynch mobs all too willing to suspend belief in my innocence at a whiff of DNA! How flimsy the veneer of civilisation which protects me from all the butchers, bakers and candlestickmakers yearning to be police, detectives, criminal prosecutors and executioners.

God help us if we ever find ourselves mixed up in a crime because sure as hell our fellowmen won't! They'll be outside the door hollering for blood.
( The guilt or innocence of the Mcanns has nothing to do w/what I am lamenting here....our INhuman nature!)

I know this is gonna sound awful but.... The media all seem to now be saying that Maddie is dead but no body has been found etc... Even Kates Lawyer have warned her she may be charged with Maddies causing Maddies death today.

But the blood that was tested by the British Police and that was found in the hire car, on the wall etc can they tell by that blood if Maddie was alive or dead when the blood was dropped, poured, smeared or whatever onto whatever item?

I know its a silly question and i am not scientific at all but if it could be tested in this way it may explain why the Portugese Police have now took this line with Kate and why the media maybe assuming Maddie is now not alive.

So the girl died accidentally and they staged a big abduction case, while they figure out what to do with her (hence the hire car), but five weeks after the event is what i dont understand.

Its a big thing to be accused of, but do you think Gerry is covering for Kate. She has always looked more worried than him. He looks to calm to me.

These blood results dont look to good either.

Why are some people on here using the fact that Madeleine being an IVF baby, some how makes her even more"precious" to her parents? What about the millions of babies planned and very much wanted (my own one included) - are they not as "precious"? Therefore, why are they dismissing the fact that Kate could in fact be a suspect just because she conceived her children through IVF. Sounds like the McFann's are clutching at straws on this one.

I mean, that's his business after all, the daring adventurer. That's how he wants to be seen.

Maybe he just needs another story: the time he made a forced landing in the badlands or wherever he is, then found his way back to civilization, surviving on cactus juice and insects.

I dont care if they show his picture a thousand times. I am not afraid of any Al Quida (sp) Thug! I wish they would come in my area. That means I can take care of them right along with all the illegal aliens. Most Americans arent afraid of you terrorists. We know how big of cowards you are. Bring it! We have arms.

Personally I thought they were all controlled by fanatics. Mormons have always been that way knocking on your door when you are about to have a bath and generally bothering you. It's high time we closed the Mormons Mosques and sent them all back home.

I am confused. Do the Portugese police know what they are doing? Why has it taken so long? I feel so depressed that this latest development will divert the efforts of the police from finding the abductor. What do you think?

Quote : But a family friend said: "They are treating Kate McCann as if she is involved in some way in the death of her daughter."

Are they no longer looking for her then? Has a body been found or do they have their own source of information?

Why are there people who are Pro McCann? Who are these people? Where do they come from?

I know the McCanns have not been charged with anything, and innocent till proven guilty. But even the biggest McFan must admit something does smell fishy. No smoke without fire, i dont need to reel off the facts as im sure you are all aware.

And even if they are innocent they still left thier 3 beautiful young children alone, in an unlocked apartment, in a foriegn country.

How could you possibly be a McFan?

Thanks for all points of view.
