Doesn't it all come down to money for these people at the end of the day?

Since they're obviously not interesting in investing it in the search for Madeleine.

I hurt my back on Sunday, and couldn't move, I was crying and rang in sick. Yesterday got strong painkillers and a 2 week sick note, from docs.
Now I feel so guilty about work, I feel depressed about not being in work, even though I know I couldn't do the job in this state.

Some kind hearted generous people wanted to help out and donated money. It works out to less than 1p per 50 head of population and I really don't believe that the people wittering on about it gave a penny between them!

It's not really that much money in the greater scheme of things. A million probably wouldn't cover Madonna's wardrobe bill for a year, or pay for the diamond collars on Paris's dogs and Kate Moss wears £17k vintage dresses like she got them from Oxfam... so why get so worked up about it? Why not scream outrage at what celebrities spend on lunch everyday? You could probably pay your mortgage with what a celebrity spends on shoes...

They made at least two mortgage payments from the fund, and only stopped the practice when made suspects. If they can afford to pay it now, why couldnt they before. Its a disgrace and they should be locked up for fraud and neglect whilst the police investigate their part in the dissappearance.

I have just watched a number of gang postings glorifying drugs, violence, knife and gun crime mostly amongst what appears to be teenage boys.

You tube needs to take responsibility for these posts. This type of activity of glorification is killing our youths.

They should remove them now and stop profiting from murder.

So the McFraudsters have been forced to admit that they have been using the Madeleine fund to pay their mortgage and that they have up to now spent 1/3 on "living expenses". While the furor continues Gerry pops off to enjoy a few rounds of golf, an expensive hobby also being paid for by the Madeleine fund as they have no "income". My question is How on earth could they spend 1/3 of a million pounds sterling on "living expenses" in less than 6 months. Most people don't spend that kind of money in a lifetime. Do they eat off gold plates or what? How can it be justifed to spend that kind of money in such a short space of time. It doesn't add up. Apart from it being morally and ethically OBSCENE. The fund should be frozen sooner rather than later.

Front page headlines that have absolutely NO SUBSTANCE.
It is alleged that the private investigators paid for by the Madeleine "fund" have "found" a kidnapped American girl safe and well. What a load of baloney. Reading the article we then learn that all that has happened is that they have become aware of an English speaking girl "possibly" American, who lives in Morrocco with a Morroccon family. There is NO PROOF thet she has been kidnapped at all. How on earth is this headline justified. It is just so much spin. Meanwhile Gerry enjoys a round of golf on his local golf course before preparing to return to work with a police guard like the celebrity he thinks he is. Paid for by the British taxpayer. When oh when is the Madeleine "pay the mortgage" fund going to be frozen. Golf is an expensive hobby, as they now have "no income", I presume the Madeleine "pay the mortgage" fund is paying for that as well.

Kate and Gerry McCann got a massive boost last night as Portuguese police finally acted on their unwavering conviction that Madeleine was kidnapped. Rebelo's reconstruction is the clearest sign since he took the reins of the probe three weeks ago that he believes Madeleine was snatched from the flat.

Detectives are understood to be examining the theory that Madeleine was kidnapped, stolen to order on the instructions of a paedophile gang and might still be alive in Morocco. This goes against lines of inquiry which focused on her parents Kate and Gerry McCann, who are formal suspects in the case.

Detectives were seen passing objects through the window of the front bedroom where Madeleine had been sleeping in the ground-floor apartment at the Ocean Club resort in Praia da Luz.

It has come to light, after last nights Crime Watch, that a man, A MAN! has come forward and said he was in the car park at the time this boy was murdered.9 weeks after the killing of an innocent child.
How could he have slept at night knowing he holds vital evidence?
I don't care if it was through fear of retaliation or whatever,he should have came forward at the start.
How can he call himself a man?
How quick would you have been on the phone to the police if it that was you?
I know i would have been within seconds.

I know the guy has got a cheek even being here what with his disgusting human rights record and his treatment of women(didnt know till yesterday that women can't hold a passport WTF!) but we should console ourselves with the fact that he and his entourage are contributing towards the revenue of this country. All the casinos and "high class hookers" are booked up tonight in the West End.
Thats millions spent already!

TV news channels repeat news items for several times in a day and for several days. The news like breaking roof by ice slab etc. which is not going to help any one or not going to increase general knowledge.News of a boy in bore well were showed like live cricket match till the boy was out of the well.In fact it could be given as one of the news item of few minutes for the progress made.Even statements are repeated different ways in the same item. First reporter talks live and the same is told by the reader to the viewers again and again as if viewers are either partially deaf or do not have understanding capacity. It appears that in absence of more stuff, reader is killing time of the viewer.

& radio newsstations and national news networks?

By the word "integrity" I really refer to News Reporting integrity which I logically contend is compromised across the journalistic spectrum when sports reporting is compromised by the mutual interests by all parties in the revenues generated from pushing (selling& promoting) sports that are now mega- money businesses. One example David Beckham, the soccer player.
