It has come to light, after last nights Crime Watch, that a man, A MAN! has come forward and said he was in the car park at the time this boy was murdered.9 weeks after the killing of an innocent child.
How could he have slept at night knowing he holds vital evidence?
I don't care if it was through fear of retaliation or whatever,he should have came forward at the start.
How can he call himself a man?
How quick would you have been on the phone to the police if it that was you?
I know i would have been within seconds.

Good morning Karen.
We have exactly the same culture in Newcastle, ask anyone from here.
If this is the reason why he didn't come forward 9 weeks ago,why is he doing so now?
I can understand where you are coming from and agree the law should protect witnesses more, then maybe more scum would be taken off the street.

do you understand the culture of Liverpool???I'm born and breed hear so hear i go.he probably didn't realise he was a key witness, there is alot of violence here and no one is untouchable.the police will not help cannot offer the level of protection needed for witness.imagine sitting in your front room with your family, and a crew comes to your house, they break your door in shoot your husbands knee caps out-very lucky if they don't murder one of your family, and make you watch while they stripe(scar for life)your child.because you opened your mouth spoke to police.these people are nothing but raving mad **** ups.would you have been on the phone in seconds?????????think on,its not a day out in court, they will devastate your entire life without a second thought.god bless the Jones.xxxxxxx

He may have been worried about protecting his family. There have been loads of anonymous calls, maybe he was one of them. He maybe waiting to see if the police could get their man without his help Lots of people have information, most are scared to talk. He should be commended for risking his safety now, not questioned about why he didn't come forward sooner. Cemetery is full of brave people.
Nobody knows what they would do, We would all like to think we would speak out straight away. I would like to think I would, but I dont know.

There is strong feeling expressed on thee delay by this man of coming forward I too express the same disquiet, the police are experts , they have various means of protecting an informant. but on th other hand it is easy for each of us to say we would do that, the answer is we do not know for a fact what we would do, others pertinent factors would immediately spring to the minds of each of us no we cannot say for a fact we would have come forward. lets be honest about this

I agree, the dreadful murder of a young lad should attract every scrap of help to help catch the gutless killer.

I agree. this is so sick. It makes me really angry that someone is protecting the piece of **** who killed this innocent little boy. I just hope they lie awake at night wracked with guilt.
