my ex-boyfriend just got shot saturday, willie noble, and i don't think its rite. willie ain't cause no harm 2 nobody. he wuz a very sweet person. i don't think ppl should have 2 go through this. this is like punishment 2 the ones that r still alive that knew him. killin him ain't gonna solve nuttin, its just gonna stir up more trouble between the "gangs" in the area. i have a lot of really close friends i those so called gangs and i'd be devastated if n-e-thin happened 2 them!!!!! i just don't understand y these things r happenin. can someone plz shine some light on this situation cuz i really don't kno what happened?!

Should rescue groups be put at risk when individuals willingly decide to risk their lives during the worst season?

For that matter, should taxpayers pay to rescue anyone in any circumstance where the individual knowingly and voluntarily took a high risk? Where does personal responsibility enter into the equation?

Just curious to know if anyone was around the Bay Area at that time, I read a little in the newspaper about how scary it was to live there around that time. They are also coming out with a movie but they haven't caught the killer yet. Do you think making a movie might help bring him justice?

The video of President Kennedy's assassination, after her husband is shot it looks as though the First Lady is climbing out the back of the car and then climbs back in. Does anyone know what was going on? Was she just simply trying to get out of the car for her own safety and then told to get back in the car by the man at the rear of the car?

Recently a federal politician re-introduced the idea of a paid national holiday in February, in this instance to celebrate Flag Day. (What better way to beat the winter blahs, right?) But some business groups are critical of the idea, claiming a paid holiday would hurt the economy and business owners. What do you think?

the violence and riots were unparalled. I am watching local TV right now and was listening to an owner of a Cocos restaurant. She said 20% of the people that came in either spit on the waitresses or did not pay their bills. There was a riot at the new Wynn hotel by some rappers and shootings at the MGM and a strip club. The NBA wanted to put a team here- now I guarantee it will never happen. Nobody in this town wants a basketball team after this display of idiocy. What do you suppose causes this sort of behavior from a basketball type crowd?
