-10, our main focus isnt even the country that started this war to begin with. All the focus is on Iraq and it should be on Afghanistan and finding Bin Laden. Violence is only escallating in Iraq, what now? I support our troops, but not our president.

Maybe it is because he knows how Custer felt. Custer probably knew that he was being sent to his death that day. You have a President that has tried to be honorable in this war and has tried to do what he thought was right along with Congress' support in sending the troops and an entire nation calls him names because the war was not won overnight. The democratic Congress agreed to Iraq but when the going got rough they kicked the President from head to toe. The money hungry road on his back for the oil and the jobs. He fought the Republicans and he fought the Democrats and all the President wanted to do was to protect the American people and keep the fighting off of American shores. He went in trying to restore some Christian values and the devil stomped him. Not an easy fight when you must fight your own people, fight the opposition and fight the war also.
He deals with people who think there is nothing wrong in lying. Arafat was a prime example of the man called terrorist. He smiled and while he was smiling he lied and never intended to uphold the treaty that he signed. It was a joke to him. Hezbollah thinks they won the war against Israel. The UN screamed too much force Israel. I would like to ask the UN how much is too much force in war? Israel could have taken out the whole country of Lebanon but they didn't. The same applies to America. Afghanistan and Iraq could be totally annihilated but we don't want to hurt the innocent with the guilty. How is this war won?
The President deserves better than what he is getting from his people. I honor the Office and I honor the man. I wish he could have taken down abortion and he hasn't. Partial birth abortion was stopped for awhile. War changes things so he never had a chance. Eisenhower would have killed a lot more civilians. Truman would have massacred millions. War is hell. How do you put hell on a scale?

when it comes to a "war president" then a 3 or 4....he doesnt know how to fight a war properly. He should have sent several troops out in the first place and had them do their business and leave. This war is pretty much one sided at this point and a lot of our soldiers have lost their lives due to this. If Bush wants to play nice then he should go drink tea with the government officials of the middleeast.
i still do support our troops that are already there and who will be going. I have a lot of friends who are in the military and i keep them in my prayers. But i guess it doesnt hit you as much until someone that you are really close with goes off to war.

Is America any safer now than before the Iraqi invasion? I'm afraid the sad answer is no. The 3000 young American lives so far were just wasted, not to mention the 10's of thousands Iraqi's. It is sad, and hopefully the US will shake itself out of its dozy complacency and get that boob out of the White House sooner rather than later.

Bush made a HUGE mistake invading Iraq and now his country is paying for it, sad they used 911 as the excuse to get in there.
And they fooled the American people with slanting the so called evidence of WMD's. The reason is OIL & MONEY!!!
If 1 is the worst then that's my answer.

He is about an 8. One has to remember that the President doesn't have the power to do everything or clean up the past administrations messes. There have been mistakes made but when you have liberals and the liberal media undermining every move it is really hard get everything you want to accomplished.Go Bush! If we start having terror atttacks here I will worry.

If 1 is low and ten is high, I give him a 1. I would rather give him a zero but it was not part of the choices.
