The woman was a bullet train speeding down the tracks of life and we could all see the bridge was out....so now we are just rubber-necking at the carnage.

Shame really. Almost makes you wonder (for all you consipiracy folks) if someone did not make her the modern Marilyn Monroe.

It's not more important than the deaths in Iraq But she is news & news sells, so the media will continue to broadcast as long as people watch the shows & buy the magazines. I just hope in death she has finally found some peace.

Not really. I don't understand why the mainstream media is so obsessed with her death. This might sound mean, but she really wasn't that important. From what I know about her, she was basically an obnoxious character whose morals were less than stellar. (Drugs, alcohol, porn, casual sex hookups, golddigging, etc.) It's unfortunate that her life ended so soon, but I think it was just her lifestyle. I honestly wish the media would move on to other news-worthy material. This sensational coverage of her death has simply got to go.

No I honestly do not! I understand that she was apart of the public eye or whatever but I'm honestly sick of hearing her damn name! I mean honestly, they didn't even talk about James Brown that much, or for that fact Aaliyah! They announced that Aaliyah was killed in a plane crash and afterwards that was it! So I wish they would drop the damn subject of Anna Nicole and let the child R.I.P.
