Who are some suspected terrorists that got imprisoned without trial?

I am writing a newspaper article about injustice and I was wondering, who are some suspected terrorists who got sent to prison without being allowed a trial to prove their guilt and/or innocence? So far, I got the name Adil Charkaoui.

thats not the point. The point is that the justice system clearly states that one is innocent UNTIL proven guilty but lately, everyones been guilty until proven innocent.

Is the government prosecuting "criminals" or are we at war? If someone was under arms in a foreign country I don't see how they are a criminal subject to the justice system? How would the Justice Dep't have jurisdiction?
