Our U.N. allowed this travesty back in 1948 and we American taxpayers have suffered for it ever since. Of course, the displaced Palestinians and their descendents have suffered the most as have the many immigrants to Israel who didn't realize the explosive situation they were getting into.

That poor child is stone cold ugly. And for some reason the adult couched manner in which she speaks turns me off. I also think it's atrocious the way her mother is capitalizing on her. Comments?

Everyone calls me a bomber. but why! So Im a muslim but I havernt done anything wrong to others. I keep hearing theres going to be a war and lots of people killing each other. Why fight? It's really scary, I keep having nightmares that someone is going to kill me because im a muslim. I really want to commit suicide. Nearly everyone looks at me in a mean way. Ive also been getting stressed about it and i know im stressed because i went to the docters. I'm only just turned 12 and I feel there is no point living.

The American-installed Iraqi government executed Saddam Hussein's half brother and top aide Barzan Ibrahim al-Tikriti this weekend.

The execution was badly botched and Barzan's head was ripped off his body by the hangman's noose while he was still alive.

What do you think about this brutal execution?

Will this make Iraqis think of Barzan as a martyr?

A 28 year old mother of three died on Friday after being in a water-drinking contest on a local radio station. The person who could drink the most water without going to the bathroom would win a Wii console.

They weren't warned about the serious health dangers of drinking heavy amounts of water, the station apparently did no research to make sure it was safe. While the contest was going on a nurse called the radio station warning them that drinking lots of water all at once can be dangerous, but the radio hosts didn't listen to her. Many of the contestants got sick, this woman who came in second place died later that day from water intoxication.

Shouldn't the radio station be responsible for informing people that what they are doing is dangerous? When you offer people prizes for dangerous acts that you don't warn them is dangerous, is that ethical? Was it responsible of the hosts to blow off the nurse's warning?

There is a terrible genocide going on in Darfur Sudan, many people are been killed for no reoson at all and many about 2.5 million people have fled the country. Some people are going through starvation and are been raped by their killers. Please have a heart and do something to stop this evil unhuman disaster. You can go to SaveDarfur.com or search it in google.com you can also write a letter to the senate and president Bush to help out. Please spread the word out and let others know of this genocide thats taking place, and one last thing you can do is pray for them so that God can protect them and give them peace. Thank you.

Fatah, Hezbollah, and Hamas know that Israel is going to respond to suicide murders with missile strikes, yet they continue to send their terrorists to kill Israeli civilians. Same with al-Queda and their partners in Iraq, who attack US soldiers and Iraqi civilians, knowing the US will seek retribution. Yet all these these Islamist groups continue to strap bombs to their children and send them to their death.

We cannot fight terrorism, we can only kill terrorists, and or provide an environment that, in our minds, won't foster the development of terrorists or continue teaching a hateful idealogy.
Since this is true, what is the point of continueing to help a country which has been liberated and for the most part, set on its feet? Yes I realize that the Iraqi government has been lazy, and hopes cannot come to fruition if they continue having us help them as opposed to them helping themselves. I also realize that leaving would create more hate and foster an imperceptive society. Many believe that leaving is just a precursor to another terrorist attack. So which is the lesser of two evils? Leaving, or keeping troops safe as well as replenishing our funds?

I Was Watching CNN A Few Mins Ago... And, They Were Talking About Saddams Death (The Hanging) - They Said That The Rope Was Too Long, Which Meant That When He Fell, His Head Fell OFF!!!

They Also Showed A Little Bit Of The Video (Not The Falling Part, Just The Placing Of The Rope Over His Head...)

I Seriously Think That He Should Have Died A More Horrible Death... Like,
He Should Have Been Thrown Into That "PLASTIC SHREDDER" Thing That He Through All Of Those Poor Victims Into...

By Being Hung, You Die Almost Instantly... He Should Have Died Over A Long Few Hours, Slowly & Painfully...

What Do You Guys Think??

Who Thought Of The Hanging Anyway?? That Was A Big Waste - It Should Have Been More Severe!!

Saddam Husseins brother was the latest to feel the hangmans noose in Baghdad. It is being called a botched execution on all the major news networks because the hanging ripped his head straight off his body. (picture that). Seriously - it decapitated him. My question. Why call it botched? It sounds like it worked pretty good. The guy is dead isnt he? Had he lived then yes...it would have been a botched execution. So how was this botched?
A second question. How long before this video hits the internet?

Having seen the channel 4 documentary dispatches I was shocked to see so many so called moderate mosques and organisations appearing to be a front for a more radical movement. You could argue that there is a televised bias but some of the literature for sale and the DVD's available clearly show a blatent disrespect for any kind of multiculturalism or move towards tolerance. So is it time for a more active response from the general population if the moderate muslims can't or don't want to act to sort this problem out. I don't have the answers but maybe you do. Any ideas what we should do ??
