This might sound stupid and I dunno why I am even asking but does anyone else think it was not Saddam who was hanged. I have seen various videos, but I am just not sure. The videos always cut og before he drops to his death then it cuts to someone, who could be anyone that looks liek him. I am just not convinced 100%

After reading some answers I am happy some americans support the palestinian cause. There is hope that a non-discrimination state can exist in palestine.

MADRID, Spain (AP) — A 67-year-old Spanish woman became the world's oldest mother after she gave birth to twins in the northern city of Barcelona on Saturday, a hospital official said.

The woman, whose identity has not been revealed by Sant Pau hospital, gave birth by caesarian section on Saturday having previously undergone in vitro fertilization in the United States, according to the national news agency EFE.

Who in their right mind would give a 66/67 year old woman in vitro? It sounds almost like cheating in my books.

Let's not even get into the matter of who is going to raise these kids since there's a good chance she'll die before her children turns 20!

i really want to know that why is it that people glorifed over saddams hanging and not think for a second that president mugabe did exactly as saddam did, however the Americans and Britians dont see the relevance on invading mugabe as there is nothing to take from his country? ( sorry not sure if mugabe is spelt right)

I think this hanging was wrong,i feel you don't do wrong for wrong and hanging him makes us no better than him.i feel the blame should lay on more people than saddam for the butcher of innocent people, our great US government created this monster back in 1982 when we shipped $300mil worth of chemical warfare to iraq..i feel that saddam deserved to pay for his crimes but i wonder what secrets about our government that saddam took to his grave..perhaps he knew to much to live?our governement people are great illusionist believe nothing of what you hear and only half of what you see..sometimes i think we are no better off than the iraqi people before the fall of saddam,so far george bush has caused total chaos and dont tell me he didnt have his hand in the cookie jar when it came to hanging saddam,he had a personal vendetta with saddam.Do you ever wonder how saddam was found with such ease when they can't find osama?maybe because he was too focused on settling old scores with saddam?

In the American media, word is that Saddam Hussein’s last words were: “Down with the traitors, the Americans, the spies and the Persians.”

In the Israeli media, it’s supposedly “Palestine is Arab.”

What did he really say?

I am aware the largest world humanitarian effort is under attack there and literaly hundreds of thousands of innocent people have died during this conflict. Why doesn't the UN or the US help this dire situation? Why are they not at least raising American awareness for this world tragedy? And if they are helping what are they doing?

Some people are happy about his death and some are not, But i want to know WHY THEY WANTED HIM TO DIE ,THEY DIDN'T HAD TO KILL HIM!!!Any ways the court who's decicion was actually illigal. It was the americans court and they also changed several judges because they wouldn't sentence saddam to death.
