How can I kick-start the New Year, A.K.A., 2007? (I am stuck.)?

The reason I am stuck is because I have nothing to do. All I have is a Sudoko cube and a computer. Any advice? Should I hang out with my friends? Or should I go out with my family? Any suggestion should do.
