I believe in Bush's goals of freedom in Iraq. But why arent his daughters & our legislators kids in uniform??

President Bush's speech today was inspiring. I do believe that this is an important fight we are in. That Iraq and freedom for the middle east is as important as the fight to liberate Europe and Asia during WWII.. BUT, when we fought to liberate Europe and Asia, EVERYONE was in the fight, every person was mobilized to WIN. Even legislators, movies stars, congressmen's kids, senators and their kids, sports heroes, children of the elite, children of the middle class, EVERYONE WAS INVOLVED. The call to action from President Roosevelt and Truman was backed up by sacrifice by ALL AMERICANS, including Roosevelt and Trumans relatives and family. Where is the sacrifice NOW? Are President's Bush's words meant for everyone except politicians families? Or are his words meant to win an election? Again I ask, where is the sacrifice?

I believe in President Bush's remarks tonight. The question is that the rhetoric must be backed by sacrifice. Bush Sr. understood that. Does Pres Bush understand?????

Where were you during the 9/11/01 attacks ?

I was in my business class, when the teacher didn't want to stop class to allow us to watch it on tv. I got to watch it for months afterwards though.

9/11, we remember?

i can see the memorial light beams that stand on WTC ground. i can see them from my house. Anyway, have any of you lost any friends or loved ones on 9/11? i lost a good friend and i will never forget him. How do you contend with this loss?

Do you beieve in suing the internet?

A 14 year old girl is suing myspace because she was raped by a guy she met on here. Why do people think that by blaming the internet that it justifies what they did! I mean come on. Take responsiblity for your own actions! She gave him her phone number and things like that. She knew he was 19 and went out to dinner with him ALONE! And she says she was raped by him. Well, you know you have to be careful. Yeah, I was raped by a guy I met online through a friend but did I blame her or the internet....NO....I blame myself for trusting him....so am I going to sue her or the internet just because it was my fault I met him and all he wanted was sex... NO! I mean I think its your own fault if you post pictures of you in hardly anything. But the parents as well blaming the internet! You know if you think your kids are up to something then block them from doing things online, block them from certain sites. Why do people think that by blaming something or someone else it makes it all right?!

Was the 9/11 incident the doing of Pres. George W. Bush?

It is said that 9/11 was caused by Irak. But i believe it was the plotting of Bush and he framed Irak just so he could have a reason to declare war on them.
