It seems the Filipinos speaks better English them them, most are there to learn English and its a lot cheaper there with the poor peso exchange.
After class, there lots of cheap beer, girls and soon they graudate with the same command of English when they started,

I"m offended with this question. This sounds racist. In Jakarta International school, there are as many Koreans than Americans... IS there a problem? No!!!!!!! people have the right to go to any education. Don't slander the Philippine people too!! they are like all humans. PLus the education there is quite good. Don't mock it.
