Sorry this doesn't really belong in this section but there isn't a catergory provided that it really fits in. Does electric companies and gas companies allow you to pay out the deposit???? or make monthly payments untill you pay it in full??

Picture This:
1. The city I guess would be shaped as Laguna Beach (as in the way the Cliff and ocean is)
2. There is a beach, but nobody goes to it.
3. At daytime, the sun looks like it just came out after a storm.
4. It never gets hotter than 70 degrees Farenhite
5. All the homes are widley spread out, and the homes are ultra, ultra, ultra, modern
6. You will never be able to see someone else's home because of so many many trees around, and becasue they are spread out so much.

Well there have been a lot of thefts around my area and I can't put up a fence around my property (yet) because of construction next door. Is there a simple solution? Like a small structure i can build or a lock?

I bought a Therapedic memory foam mattress - it was great in the store - it molded to my body right away. When it was delivered to my house and I lay down on it, it was seriously as hard as a rock. I am unable to sleep on it at night. Is that normal when it's brand new or is something wrong with the mattress? Does anyone else own one of these and had this happen to them? I'm pretty upset since I spent close to $1000 on it.

My roomate and I moved in yesterday. We live in Orange County in a really nice apartment. We are responsible for all utilities: trash, water, electricity, and gas. We have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. We have a/c but don't really plan on using it. There are only two of us, but each of us have our own bathroom. What is the conjugate total of the bills and do you have any ideas about lowering it? Thanks people!

the store it belongs to has been closed for a long time & it is 3 miles away. not sure how the cart got in my neighborhood. children playing with it, left it where it was - neighbor told them to not leave it there, they said "you know it's not ours" & left it, he brought it to my yard before i got home. i'm upset but don't want to start a war with my neighbors over ignorance. the city said they can't do anything & won't take it on trash day.
what do i do?
stinky neighbor has a freaking pick up truck & i have a honda civic - he could move it easier than i could!
and no, i dont want to use it to haul things across my yard in
