First way....put cat food close to your neighbor's door or a few houses down.

A heard of squirt gun full of vinegar shot at them will do the trick...You have to be sneaky or they get away quick.

Bebe guns.

Buckets of water.

Jumping up and down, or claping you hands sharply often makes them leave.

moth balls spred where you do not want the cats. cats by law are not allowed to roam freely they are subject to the same laws as dogs. call animal control
