Both carpet and the concrete slab seems to be dry. The smell builds up during the day when the whether is warmer. There was no leak that I know of but the carpet was recently shampoo'ed by Sears; however, there was odor prior to the cleaning but seems worse since then. If carpet is the source, I'll remove the carpet and put hardwood floor. If foundation is the source, what could cause it and what's the remedy?

we are trying to buy a house, but after a land search we found that there were 8 restrictive covenants, the restrictive covenants were taken out on the land in the 1930's and we know there are 8 of them but the actual restrictions are are not known, we have tried finding out from the local land registry office, but until now only one person has ever lived there and the house has never been registered so they are unable to tell us. is it possible to have these removed or another way of finding out what they are, please help?

He has them contained in a run by the Fence. The odor of poop effects our use of the back yard and we can't keep our bedroom window open nightly! The Town claims they are powerless to act, since there are no laws regarding this! Constructively speaking, I am looking for an answer to this problem that affects our quality of life! I don't want to cause harm to the animals because it's not their fault, who can come up with a clever idea that would want the owner to move his dogs closer to his house!

Yesterday I went outside to move the trash cans to the road and I discovered underneith of one of the trashcans a crap load of magets. So I am assuming it's coming from there, but how are they getting in the house? What happened? I don't know. We hardly use the door near where the trashcans are so I know they can't all be coming through the door.

Any ideas?
