Any beach town is going to be more expensive than its inland counterparts. One of the things driving up the price, in the wake of last years hurricane season, is insurance. I have clients that are having trouble getting homeowners insurance for beachfront houses they own. That being said, Myrtle Beach, SC is still a pretty good value, as are some of the communities just north and south of us (Murrells Inlet and Georgetown to the south and Calabash, Southport and Ocean Island Beach across the state line in NC)

I hear Bognor Regis, in West Sussex, England is quite nice.
The rent's not too bad if you house share with about 6 students, and the town's got a few cheapy pound shops, an overgrown skateboard park (perfect for the kids) and a lovely pebble and grit beach!

DUH! truth verify! did not mommy and daddy coach you something about genuine resources? there is not any secret community alongside the beachfront the position you receives a 2/2 for $1800... except you commence looking in Tijuana. Ask your father and mom how a lot their loan is. discover out what their acquaintances are paying. in the experience that they offered 20 or 30 years in the past, optimistic, they have low funds. yet now, you're watching $3,000 and up for a 2BR through the sea coast. don't sense too undesirable, you're not any more the in uncomplicated phrases one which asks about this.
