i'm a realtor.....you got to be creative....its tough but try some of these with your agent.......Open house.....BBQ - free hotdogs...lots of balloons....market the neighborhood w/flyers...has for Agent incentives ...(she's making bucks so have her cut her commission and give...um...$2000 in closing costs to the buyer) its all about letting people know....advertising.....highlight the GREAT/AWESOME things about your house.......offer to buydown the buyers interest rate..(check w/your lender for the cost for this)...it CAN be done!
Advertise in the paper (hopefully your agent has already done all this stuff for you but maybe not cause it's NOT SOLD!)
