I have a programmable. These are also the summer settings, I usually change them in the winter.
At home hours (morning, early evening) - 78
Away hours and nights - 85
A lot depends on the house. Our last house had to be at 73 to be comfortable.

I keep my A/C on 76 degrees most of the time. If I go lower, I get cold, but if I go higher, I start to sweat.
