hello, I'm having a central air , air condition trouble.
When I turn the thermostat too cool, the fan turns on, the outside condensor spins the fan, so everything turns on.

Problem is no cold air out of the vents in the house.

I went to check the condensor while it was running, INstead of blowing out warm air, it is blowing out cool air.

Any Ideas?

Looking for professional advice here to fix my stovetop - don't know what the power source for the stove is or how easy it is to replace myself - would like to avoid a huge repair bill to change out a broken $30 or $40 part. Thanks.

There is a clog in the P joint and as I was trying to locate the clog, I realized all the joints were leaking. Didn't really want to cut off the pieces...wondering if there was an easier way.

I live in a condo and the hot water heater provides hot water to everywhere except the shower. How could it possibly provide hot water to all the sinks but not the shower? I can't find any shower valves (unless they're underneath the condo)....any advice?

My bathroom faucet turned on three times by itself in the last 2 weeks that I am aware of. The first two times I heard it go on all by itself. I was right outside the bathroom door so I know no one was in there. I went into the bathroom and turned it off. It was the cold water that was on full blast. First time was 1am the second was at 9am? I asked my brother who is a plumber and he said it is not possible for that happen. I am on a private well so he said cannot be due to water pressure. The third time it happened my husband heard it. He said he heard thumping (like walking) toward the bathroom in the middle of the night, then he heard the water turn on. He went back to sleep with out investigating. But in the morning the water wasn't on. I am holding out for a mechanical reason. Help me debunk a ghoslty conclusion.
