I am looking for nylon corner conectors used for assembling 1" square tubing instead of welding.

This question has gone a week without an answer. A visit to your neighborhood hardware store should do the trick. They will probably not have the parts you want in stock, but they will be able to identify and order them for you. Old neighborhood hardware stores will have catalogs of all kinds of specialty "stuff". I doubt that the big box home improvement retailers can help you with this one.
