If not why do women scream when they see it?

No offense meant to you, and certainly not to women in general,,, I sudder when I see one, but have never screamed.
I ask you then,,,What of non pesky roaches, can they hear?, do they care?
What exactly is the point of the Q? Are you asking if maybe sound can chase them? Or attract them?
I'm not a roach but if a screamer existed in my life on a regular or constant basis, I might consider relocating. If I was offended by music that my kids played at "10" I might relocate them,,,smiles.

No cockroaches only fell vibrations from place to place. And usually people do not like cockroaches.

i dont get your question. women scream because they are afraid/horrified/disgusted (all 3 i suppose), its not their main aim to scare the cockroach.
