If you are just patching up a few cracks, buy a mud pan ($3) and use a stick to mix up some concrete and water. Mix only as much as you can apply in 10-15 minutes. Use Hydrolic Cemenet for cracks. It sets up FAST and is very effective. Other kinds of cement will not last. Use putty knife or scraper to apply your mix. Then wash everything thoroughly.

With a much larger application, you can rent a cement mixer at certain Home Depot and other construction rental sites. Walmart does not carry products like this. This amount of mixing would be more for an applicaiton where you were laying a concrete slab for an outside generator or AC condenser unit.... or perhaps a shed.

Good luck!

If you have only a small job, you can probably rent a mixer cheaper than buying one.

Why not? If you have the money in your pocket, no one can resist your intention to buy.
