Our shed is one foot from the common brick block wall. Around neighbor hood that seems to be the norm, but our neighbor says violates CCR's. Is there a way to move the shed?

My indoor African violet was always a great bloomer, but the past month, I've not had any blooms. What can I do to get it going again?

Should I water it with tea?

I am able to provide the plant with ample sun, but the plant needs to be small and portable and capable of surviving over a few days or during the weekend when I'm not at work.

I have lots of birds in the yard and want to feed them but when I put out a feeder, it spills and I get mice/rats that come around. (I live on a hill and so we have little field mice) but also sometimes a rat will come (gross). Does anyone know of a feeder that will not spill over? Something sturdy? Thanks!

I'm interested in natural landscaping for our vacation home in Western Maryland. We will not get a chance to water frequently, etc. Need a list of a few shrubs and ornamental plants/flowers which I can put on the property. Thanks!

I live in north London and have a small 20x20 garden - square shaped with beds on the edges. On part of these beds I put in daffodil and tulip bulbs last year and they are just starting to come up. I would like to have a pretty garden with flowers through out the year. I'd also like an apple tree to see apple blossoms - is it too late to plant one? This is my first house and first garden so I'm clue less.
How do I go about doing this - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hard to find much information about it, but since I came across it on the internet I would like to give it a try. Seems interesting. It's not very common so I can't find growing tips - particularly if it would do fine in a container which is what I would like.
Anybody have experience with it?

Orchids are supposed to be a family symbol, o good at weddings. I am babysitting this orchid plant, following the watering directions but it has lost all its blooms and is dying. Should it be in direct sun? Anyboy know anything about these orchid plants that I have only seen on the market this year?

I've tried poison (as have my neighbours), as well as traps. Nothing works. Just seen two just now. Yuck! Someone suggested an airgun - would this be legal? This has been going on for months and I'm realy worried they'll end up in the house.
