levertons sold in all good garden centres,may be not the cheapest ,but best results.

Get a soil kit & test the PH of the soil (under the grass). A garden center will tell you if lime is required according to the ph reading. Please don't use weed killer.

Weed and feed. Not sure who it is made by, but any garden centre should have it.
