Contact any store that sells the regular paving slabs and tell them what you want. Breakage happens, and they'll be happy to sell you the items broken and damaged in shipping instead of having to throw them out.

crazy paving is very outdated now, maybe you'll bring it back into fashion again. The only way would be to get whole slabs and break them yourself. I'd advise keeping them whole though.

doesn't matter. when the xtians get to heaven they will find the streets paved with gold and mansions are bait and switch. They'll find they will be on their knees 24/7 for eternity praising and hossanahing the psychotic one. look in the phone book for concrete contractors and give them a call, if they are tearing out a walk nearby im sure they would gladly dump the broken walk off at your place than to haul it miles to dump...
