As I said, I would like an evergreen privacy hedge and would like a low maintenance hedge that doesn't spread far. I live in town. Nothing too tall since overhead telephone & power lines are an issue.

Thanks in advance.

Roses as in ones that have been cut of from its bush and put in a vase. I need this quickly and an exact estimate. And if not just the maximum week they can live up to.

They are tearing up my yard. I learned that they don't kill the grass, but the tunnels push up and cause tripping hazards and generally soft and muddy situations. What should I do to try to grow grass successfully.

I have what used to be a beautiful very mature jade plant (about 3 feet tall, very bushy) that my mother gave to me. She had acquired it from an elderly woman a few years ago and so I don't know how old it is. I don't know much about these plants but was under the assumption that it was an outdoor plant. About a week ago, the temperature went below freezing and now all of the leaves have turned brown and mushy. My question is, can I save it? I thought about trimming all of the leaves off, or would that be worse?

Professional landscapers are re-doing the trees in my front yard. They have to cut down and remove an ugly tree with big thorns (not easy) and will then plant two new ficus trees to replace the bad tree. They quoted $300 for all the work. They're coming tomorrow. I didn't get other quotes and wonder if I got a good deal. I'm in the AZ desert and don't even know if it's a good time to plant the trees! Surely they wouldn't do it if it wasn't, right?

I have a pond turtle and we have tons of crickets outside but I usualy buy live crickets. How can I trap them safely without sticky tapes that rips off their legs..the fun part for my turtle is to chase them around live. I want to create a cylinder trap or some sort that I can make several of for outside. Thanks
