Hey,... I live in Northern ohio, so I know that it would be to late. It has been pretty warm though, so I dont know if that would make a difference. I would call home depot and ask to talk to someone in the gardening dept. or look for a website on tulips. Hopefully they can help you better than I can.

I don't think it's too late to plant them. The only reason it's not too late is because it is relatively warm across the midwest. Go ahead and plant them, water them, but don't fertilize them in case it turns much colder.

yes it is too late now good rule is 5 warm days in late march than plant

Not this week if you are having the warm weather PA is. They need about 6 weeks of cold before they will bloom.

Spanky, with the mild weather , I would do it and I promise it will work.... This is my line of work. Don't plant them in rows, and keep colors together for best effect.
