I was reading someone else's questions about growing catnip, in which they also mentioned they really meant catnip not "pot", though reading the answers did sound a lot like what I have heard about growing marijuanna, anyways, WHY would someone want to grow catnip, I only have heard of it being useful in a cat toy, which is very easily and cheaply purchased at most stores. And it sounds very complicated to grow catnip, so why bother, what is the benefit. And WHY would someone think others would mistake catnip as a code for pot plants ARE the TWO RELATED in some way, and NO I don't want STONERS ONLY answers, I would like REAL answers.

I am a big animal lover, 2 dogs, 1 cat, they are like family. I am having a problem with fire ants in my yard, & if you don't have them in your area & you don't know this they bite and it HURTS! It especially hurts my kids. I've been wanting to put poison out to get rid of them but I haven't because I don't want to hurt my neighbor's dog. I have asked her to keep him out of my yard, told her what I need to do, but she just says 'he won't bother it'. I would hate for anything to happen to the little guy, but I have to think of my children. My question is, if I put the poison down & her dog gets in it and gets sick or dies am I liable for what happens to him? I mean, could I get in legal trouble? Oh yeah, of course I'd keep the kids out it.
Thanks for knowledgable answers.
I'm posting this in 2 categories because it's very important to me and I need as many answers as I can get.

I want to start a new branch of my businness (Q) and call it (R). I want (R) to be completely operated (where possible) by the new emerging Internet (I) and eCommerce (eC) method(s) (M). I want (R) to specialize in 3 markets: (X), (Y), and (Z). And I need two (M)'s to : (M1), determine and collect all related imput words to my products and funnel them to my web site (WS), and (M2), assure that my (WS) is allways # 3 (on the 1st page results of the customers search). Also, for ex., (Y) may split into two major product lines (PL)'s, (PL1) homemaker and (PL2) professional. Where they may differ is in: performance, margins, cost, quality, quantity, etc. But the sales volume may differ by >> than 1000 to 1. How do I determine if it is worth having the one or two (PL)'s for (Y) or n (PL)'s for X, Y, and Z, and still make a Profit on all factions of my new (R). Do I need a mail or Internet catalog. How do I find best suppliers, shippers, and accounting (all pass thru). Please respond.

Im trying to grow a small patch of grass [64in x 45in] in my atrium for my rabbit to use and I tried putting grass seeds and fertilizer in but the grass came up sporadicly. Should I just go buy sod from a landscaping company or is there anything else I can do to have a thick patch of grass grown in a short amount of time??

I recently bought a chainsaw which I have just started (vroom, vroom!). Unfortunately it says on the side, "do not attempt to stop chain with hands". Help - can anyone tell me how I can stop the chain? Can I use my teeth?

The garden faces south getting full sun for most of the day.A few of the plants have survived transplant shock but others look about half dead. I planted a dwarf mulberry tree/bush,and some butterfly attractering flowers as well as a topiary. The leaves are falling off of the topiary despite my feeding it. I ised root stimulater and have fed the plants Peters plant food. I also incorporated some organic soil mixed into the existing snad/dirt. Any suggestions on what else I can do to help these plants? Maybe I'm deluding myself trying to create a country cottage type of look for my FL garden, lol?
