I have Laminate Floors throughout my apt. No carpet just laminate. How do I keep them cleaned?
This is what I have tried and it doesnt work.
Swifter
murfeys oil soap
Soap and water
I even rented a hard wood floor cleaner and nothing worked. I end up vacuuming it almost everyday but that doesnt do the job... Any suggestions please!!!!!

Help! Whilst removing the pollen bits from the flower I dropped one on the un-scotch guarded cream carpet! I used sellotape to get the dusty bits off and then used Vanish Oxi action carpet spray but it's just gone an even brighter shade of yellow. Any ideas? White wine vinegar? baking soda? Rug?! thank you!

There's two of us, not just my BF anymore. The winter seems to be a possible factor.
Why all of this dust?
The cleaning ladies do a great job, so it's not their laziness.
Are we just kicking it up in the living room? It seems to be close to the electrical equipment, though, and tha'ts where I'm hedging ym bets.
I've got nasty allergies, so this is actually important...
Thanks!

Okie doke, I'm moving from my current apartment, which has severe hard water. Anyway, I'm about to go clean the bathtub really well, but it says on the backs of both CLR and Lime Away not to breathe the vapors. Do I really need a little medical mask thing, or would like a bandana over my mouth and nose be enough? Thanks!

I keep my house super clean but it seems my coat is a MAGNET for hair and lint everywhere I go. I tried Static Guard spray but it didn't really help. Any tricks to make it repell the evil little hairs would be greatly appreciated!
(yes, my next winter coat will be a nylon ski jacket instead!)

I have a grease stain on my new shirt, but I washed and dried it before I realized it was even stained (I'm rather oblivious sometimes). Everything I read says I'm out of luck. Is there anything I can do? I love this shirt. It's 100% cotton if that matters... help!

I always wash bottles and tins etc out before putting them in my recycling collection as I thought you had to. My partner is Spanish and in Spain you don't have to clean them first.

Some plastic and glass bottles are impossible to clean ie oil bottles with a narrow opening.

What to do?

I bought a suede jacket from a catalogue and it's been delivered folded so now has creases in it. I have no idea how to get the creases out and it looks terrible. I'm guessing i can't iron it and it's been hanging for 2 weeks with no change to the creases. Any advice please?
