Maybe you shouldn't look at the big picture of cleaning the whole house. Take one room at a time. Doing smaller projects keeps it easier and simply. Another suggestion is to keep the most used rooms in the house as in den, kitchen and bathroom picked up as the day goes. I do all my major house cleaning on Monday when everyone goes back to work and school. On the other days I just keep things picked up. It works for me..... Good luck

Ooh, you and I must be sisters! I really hate housework. I'd rather do anything than clean but I hate a messy house even worse. Here is a great website:
www.flylady.net. It's a website for people who hate to clean or don't have time to clean. It's great! I got loads of tips on time management from them. Now I set my timer for say, 20 minutes and clean one room. You'd be suprised what you can do when you are against a time clock! I pick one room a day and little by little my house is getting back in shape. Try it!

i might relatively like a sparkling, tidy abode, yet with 2 infants it form of feels particularly much impossible. they might empty out a cabinet in the time it takes me to coach around and understand what they're doing. I shop the kitchen sparkling primary (no longer continuously tidy however), and take a inspect to do a load of washing primary. the bathing room gets a sparkling approximately as quickly as a week. The flooring easily desire a sweep or vacuum each and every 2nd day, yet that regularly would not get achieved. I also have a huge load of ironing that needs doing, yet that could wait till I sit down to show screen television. i easily hate housekeeping, and am heavily thinking quitting!

Why not assign one room or one chore to each day of the week. ...like bathrooms on Friday, kitchen on Saturday...etc...for really cleaning and then just do a quick pick up each night before bed...not so overwhelming, time consuming or BORING.......sorry to say I still procrastinate but you are probably more motivated than I am...lol...

Seriously, don't obsess about it to the point you are asking a quesiton online. Simply do something, right now as you read this. Then find the next thing that is simple and easy to do, Then the next. etc. That is called cleaning your house.
