I always use Hydrogen Peroxide to get blood out. It works well. It may take a couple times but it wont fade out the material.

Salt removes blood , the sea salt type is the best , wet then pour some salt on the stain leave for 10-20 min´s then rinse . with cold water if it has´t come out first time try again but don´t wash any higher than 30c or you´ll never get it out

Pee in a cup and pour it on the blood stan. Let it sit for about 30 minutes then wash in cold water.
