You can buy fruit fly traps at your hardware store.

they might not be fruit flys , they could be Gnats , they are small flys that live off the earth and dead roots of the house plant´s especially with lot´s of peat, try letting your plant´s dry out a bit .modify the water you give the plant´s & i´m sure in a couple off day´s they will have gone

Someone told me the saw this on line somewhere. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar and 1 drop liquid dish soap(Dawn,ect.) Place around where the flies are. I tried this one and it seem it worked somewhat.

If you still have them you still have the cause. Look for rotted and forgotten fruits or potatoes. That's how I got rid of mine, grandson threw whole potatoe behind washer.

i hate fruit flies they are hard to get rid of...lookit up on the web.....maybe a spray

You can trap them, put out a small dish with vinegar and add a drop of soap, they'll be drawn to it and drown themselves.

spray them with RAID. if you're an eco-nut you could encourage brown bats to infest your house and eat them. this has the advantage of guano for your garden
