Apparently there was one of those old rubber mats in our tub before we bought our house, and I cannot get the little circle spots out. I have tried bleach, comet and others but nothing works. We are about to tile and fix up the bathroom, so I want it to look nice! Any suggestions?

I bought 2 new down coats... the same style but 2 different colors. I wore one 2 weeks ago and wow while wearing it, I noticed that there was a disgusting smell coming from inside it that I noticed when I unzipped it. I wore the other one today and once again there was a disgusting/strong odor coming from inside of it. These coats are new and noticed the odor during my first wear. What is this smell? There are brand new coats. What should I do? I really like these coats a lot but the odor is bad. I used some Febreze before and yet the odor is still there... but not as much. I read online that the feathers have a bad smell when wet. Could it be that if I have the coat on and my upper body is warm (because the coat is very insulated) that I may sweat a little and that is causing the lining/feathers to produce that odor? I really do not know what to think. BTW I have excellent hygiene so it is not a matter of hygiene issues. Can anyone offer any insight? Thanks.

Basiclly what the title says, I think it may perhaps be dye of some sort from my purple shorts, although im not sure.
Are there any quick methods I could use within an hour to remove the stain without leaving bleach marks?
[The stain is splattered on several different spots]

I am just asking about every day cleaning, not when you need to work on a shine. There are hundreds of products on the market, all of which are expensive and I have tried....never finding one I liked. I just need something for a quick clean-up.

Pre-spotting does not take the grease out, nor pre-soaking.
Any other suggestions.

Should I do one certain job a day instead of ??compieling?? them into one day?

like
run the vaccumm on monday
clean bathrooms on tuesday

-or-
do them all in the morning on one day?
and the laundry with it

because I would have to do the laundry all in one day at the cleaners

so should I clean all the apartment one morning and then go to laundry or would it work better if I did one each day?

I've had pretty bad refrigerator odors. I've tried bleach, baking soda and some other things. Found a carbon product called Fridge It which works really well. Just curious if anyone else know this product and where else to find it.

I've received several twinsets of "excellent" towels recently as gifts. Each of the sets 1) sheds like mad, even after washing twice, and 2) just doesn't absorb water!

I tore up the carpet in my bedroom. The floor underneath is thick plywood--the kind that looks like pressboard. My puppy tinkled several times on it and now I can't get the smell out. I want to put linoleum down, but I'm afraid the smell will linger if I just cover it up. Can I clean it with clorox or something strong like that? Also, my hot water heater is leaking. The heater is only a couple of years old. It's not really leaking, it's constantly draining thru the pipe that goes thru the floor underneath the trailer. I have put a new pop-off valve on it, turned the thermostat down, and turned it off...no luck. Should I just consider it a lost cause and buy another one? Have you noticed how everything falls apart right after Christmas when you're broke...lol!

I bough a dress in a very cheap price it is very pretty but is dirty even though had a tag (so it was new) and has to be tailor a little bit, the tailor is going to be a little pricy but I can pay it, the problem is the cleaning part: the tag on the dress reads: No dry clean, spot clean only, so I would like to know if is ok to put on the washing machine on delicate cycle or do i need to go to a dry cleaners, i would like to do it myself because the cleaners are incredibly expensive. Any suggestions
