I've had pretty bad refrigerator odors. I've tried bleach, baking soda and some other things. Found a carbon product called Fridge It which works really well. Just curious if anyone else know this product and where else to find it.

Take everything out of fridge and freezer and clean with warm water with baking soda in it. Make sure you also wash out any drawers as well. Dry it well and wait a while before putting anything back in it. Make sure what ever you put back in it is not spoiled or has that smell. Keep a large open box of baking soda in the fridge and freezer. Change to a new one every 3 months

clean the fridge with either soap & water or bakingsoda & water. If you have steel shelves, don't use vinegar as this will cause them to rust. leave the door open to "air it out" . also, odors can come from the freezer compartment into the fridge, so clean that too. buy 2 big boxes of the baking soda that has the boxes designed to be in the fridge. put one in the freezer too

Clean the frig with a vinegar and water solution. If you can not find Fridge it, which I havent tried, you could use charcoal, the same as for the BBQ. Just dont get the ones with all the fuel added, this adds smell, defeats the purpose.

Once a year, I open up the back of my fridge (after unplugging it), and carefully vacuum and inspect. In some cases, a mouse may have "expired" back there..sorry, but that has been known to happen..
