I have a plastic thermos that I use for coffee everyday. Its developed an icky coffee/milk smell. How can I get rid of this? Yes..I wash it hahaha

Try rinsing your thermos with vinegar. I read it in my mom's Good Housekeeping once to remove juice smell from my thermos. It did get rid of the smell but I'm not sure if it would work for coffee smells. Good luck!

get some lime or lemon fruits.squeeze out the juice on a sponge n rub inside ur thermos,wait 4 15 min.then rinse with hot water.u can leave it 4 2-3 hr before u rinse it.

Try a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water, let it stand overnight, and then wash it well. I clean out my coffee pot like this.

Put some baking soda in it for a couple of days. Or maybe white vinegar. Or stuff it with newspapers and leave it shut for a couple of weeks.

I know this works on glass. Put about a half a cup of salt a half of lemon and some water in it and shake it leave it sit and shake some more.

Wash then let set over night filled with vinegar

bleach and water for 20 minutes to remove germs then rinse wash put some vinegar in it for a few....then wash rinse then put through the dishwasher or boil on a stove in water like they do baby bottles....if not get a new one!

Vinegar & water......it is used to clean coffe pots so why not the thermos?

fill it with hot water and a few teaspoons of bread soda and leave it overnight and wash it
