Apparently there was one of those old rubber mats in our tub before we bought our house, and I cannot get the little circle spots out. I have tried bleach, comet and others but nothing works. We are about to tile and fix up the bathroom, so I want it to look nice! Any suggestions?

Try lemon. Take lemon juice and cream of tartar and make a paste and then put it on the fiberglass stains. Good Luck to you and I hope this works. I have also heard that hydrogen peroxide applied to the stains may work also..

Try Borax. You can mix up some with warm water and wash the tub down. It's one of the Queen of Clean remedies. I use Borax for alot of whitening issues. It's good for tub surround and caulk.I put it in a spray bottle. Hope this helps!
