actully haveing worked in resturants I know how to do this. Go to sam's club and there you will find a purple liquid called degreaser. that liquid will remove any grease on any thing you own. be careful though it is strong. if you use to much it will eat holes in your shirt.

My grandmother was a whiz at this. There is a little thing called a laundry stick. Only Joann Fabrics sells it (that I know of) It will take anything out.

The only other way is DAWN dishwashing detergent. scrub and let sit.
