My sister's Neighbor is complaining that my 9 yr old niece makes to much noise in the backyard during the day. She also complained and demanded that my sister take down the playset that sits above the fence... ALL playsets sit above fences, every other neighbor around my sister's house has one. The kids in the yard in the back of my sister's climb theirs and wave to her all the time, they are not hurting anyone! Any how, can this woman do anything legal to make my sister take the playset down?

Its at least 50 yr old. Metal cable w/ 2 wires inside. The internal wires are wrapped in a woven cloth like material. Each wire is encased in a rubber coating. The rubber coating seems brittle to the touch.

I bought a Hamilton Beach BrewStation plus. The instructions say to unplug it after every use. But that means I have to reprogram the darn thing every time. Why would I have to do that? Cant I just leave it plugged in? It has an automatic shut off...

I have a very steep hill behind my house that consists of mostly thin, rocky soil. I would prefer to plant something that is pretty (flowers?) that is hardy and covers the ground well. I am thinking about a variety of phlox or possibly ivy. Thre is absolutely no shade in this area. I need to do something with this slope. It's ugly and a pain to tend. I was hoping to plant something decent and then weed wack it a couple times a year. Thanks for your feedback.

I'm looking to buy some new sheets normally I'll just use what comes with a 'bed in the bag". I really don't know much about sheets but I know some things I want about them. I would like ones that will clean or launder easily. (What type of material is best for this) That are colorfast. That are fairly inexpensive and will last awhile. I would really like some advice on this please. ( I don't care much about a very high thread count) Thanks!

I live on a 1st flr condo facing direct west (3 lg windows in each room) hoping to receive a lot of daylight, which isn't the case. Even on sunny, clear days my home doesn't seem to pull in enough light--I live in a major city the Pac Northwest--& I'd like to find alternative solutions on how to bring in natural daylight as I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder ( SAD).

My view is not obstructed by any structures other than shrubs & in the distance trees that approx 200' away.

What are some products one can purchase (besides light boxes) that can be used to draw the outdoor lighting into the home. I know in Japan they use fiber optic lighting, but I don't know if this is avail here in the USA & is reasonably affordable.

I rent a place with hydronic heat.
Gas furnace, single pipe loop with radiators
tapped off, cartridge type circulator pump.
The pump became noisy, and the system was
'short cycling` and not heating effectively.
No air when bleeding the radiators.
Thinking the problem was the circulator, I
drained the system and checked the pump.
It looked fine, so I refilled the system and turned
it back on. It now works properly.
Why?????
