I'm just guessing here, but it is an educated guess, methinks.
What you are asking about looks like the hexadecimal codes you use with HTML to design a website. The colors that came up with I tried your codes were a red and a limey green.

Blair, FF would be fuschia and BD would be brown cuz blue and dark = brown. I hope this helps. Good luck!!!
