If you don't feel like going out to buy a product, there are plenty of useful ones in your home. I would try liquid dish detergent or shampoo. Both are formulated to remove oils that have been on dishes and skin for a long time, so they work well on clothes. I have tried both on salad dressing stains, and they were effective.

Did you put it in the dryer? If you did, the stain is probably set now. You can try any petroleum based spot remover (shout etc). There's some drycleaning fluids you could try, but test first on an area that doesn't show, to make sure it doesn't remove colour.
Speaking of drycleaners, have you taken the shirt to one and just asked them what they recommend? That might be another option.
Bottom line, if you have a stain, and it gets put in the dryer, it's pretty much there for ever. Always check the stain has gone before you put things in the dryer

Baking soda works for ANYTHING. Blood, grease, every tough stain you could think of. Just make a thick paste of baking soda and water and rub it on the stain thickly and make sure it sinks in. After it soaks and has a good wash the stain should be gone.

The only way to get it out is to soak up the oil somehow, because what you're seeing is the oil, not just the color. Since it's been washed, I'm not sure if it will work, but try rubbing baking powder or white cornstarch on it to see if it will soak it up. That sometimes works before you wash it. Good luck.

*Lestoil, you can find it in any grocery store, it works well on grease stains.... Just mix it with water ( there on intructions on the back, how many parts of water) and scrub the spot with that and a tooth brush... after you let it sit, wash it, and if the stain isn't out, do not dry it and repeat the process until it is gone... Good Luck :)*

That is going to be tough being it was dried already.
The best thing you can do at this point is to get "grease lightning" and spray it on there over night and try to rub it the next day with Dawn dish soap and see if it works.
Is the shirt white or colored?
