The only restrictions are the navy blue leather couch and the carpet which is a light grey. There are no windows so I don't want it to look too small or have the color be too overwhelming. Any suggestions? I thought maybe a yellow or orange type of color but I can't really decide!

I got some lacquer thinner on the seat in my car, and I was wondering what I could use to remove the smell. FYI, I have cloth seats.

I'm art directing a short movie for a graduation year project. It requires that an image be rear-projected, or frontal projected onto a screen that needs to be rather large, 16 feet wide and about 9 feet high. It needs to be constructed relatively cheaply (less than $200.) It needs to reproduce the image fairly clearly, but not the quality of a store bought screen.

What materials would you recommend I use for the screen? Any suggestions for it's construction?

I have a small brick landing at my back door with five brick stairs leading down into the yard. The brick is about seventy years old and seems to be eroding. Some of the bricks on the ends of the stairs are loosening and the mortar is chipping away in other places. Is there something I can do? I understand sealant could help, is that true? What type? And how is it applied? Thanks!

Adjusting the chain isn't the problem - it's as high as it will go and there's no slack. I've changed the flapper but that isn't the problem. Do you think it's the fill valve or do I need to adjust the ball. Thanks in advance...it's driving me crazy!
