Break it down for me since I have never done anything like this before. What will I need? The dryer will be out on the back porch up against the wall that the breaker is on (but the breaker is outside). So how would I install the plug & what supplies would I need?

I have a 10 foot tall Colorado Blue Spruce planted in my lawn. This summer, I noticed about 1 foot of the terminal branch was brown and dead. I removed that branch. Now, about 3 months later, still summerj-time. about 3 other short branches have turned brown and appear dead. Does anyone know what the problem may be and if there is any remedy or treatment?

When should I plant this perennial garden, the flowers that I will be planting are Salvia, Perennial Phlox, Adam's needle, Giant desert candle, Sweet Wiliam, Lady's Mantle, Corepopsis, Boxwood, Crocosmia, Scabious, Prarie Mallow, Delpinium, Tree Mallow (Lavatera) and Penstemon. When would be the best time to plant them, so they all bloom the best next year? Thanks. Ps. this garden is about 15 feet by 9 feet, and full of these flowers. About how much should this cost in Canadian?

I live in central Oklahoma. And my front yard recieves sun from early morning till about 2:30pm.(central time). I have these big flower pots. They are 2ft in diameter and about 2-1/2ft deep. I'm not very good at gardening with roses. But , love the flowers they produce. I have such a rough time with black spot fungus and leaf yellowing. I need to know, what kind of roses can be grown in such container, with the sun in that area. Something that needs little care and are easy to grow. And rejects diseases.

I have everything I thought I needed to put new base moulding in the kitchen however I ran into a problem. I need to make the corners match neatly. I have been told I need a miter saw. I went to the store and looked in the saw area and they don't have any. I did see big power tool miter saw things for over $150. Is there any other way to do this mitering without paying that much for some big electric saw that I probably would not be able to use anyway? This is a first for me and I was hoping to complete this on my own but it's looking like I might need help. Thanks!!

I am really only able to water my grass during the day. It is usually hot and sunny and I was always told that it would be a waste of time and only burn the grass. Is this 100 % true or can I water during the day? Isn't this watering better than none at all?

I have clothes with various set-in stains on them. Grease, oil, ink, you name it. I need a real, proven stain-lifter to use on them. Tried Shout, very un-impressed. Tried Zout, also un-impressive. Only give examples of things that YOU PERSONALLY have seen work with ground-in stains, set-in, dried-in stains. These are for colored clothes by the way. Heard that Mary Ellen's was the bomb, but still have yet to see that in reality. Please help. Remember, I need an all-around fighter, not one that only takes care or grass or ink, or one that handles blood or dirt. I need it to take care of it all. Oh yeah, and save any suggestions of using Oxyclean or Oxy-style products. Those are a joke.

When my cherry tomatoes (I think the stick said "sweet"--I dont' know if that's the variety of what; I got the plants from a co-worker) ripen, more than half of them are split open. It happens occasionally with the non-ripe, too, and once in a while with the larger "big boy" tomatoes.

What gives? Is there anything I can do about it?

I have just seen what looks like a small bee (roundish body, jerky flight, similar sound to a bee) but it has black and white stripes. It was buzzing around a Lantana plant.
I live in Valencia, Spain, if that is relevant.

I can't do gardening because I can't be outside very long. I just bought it at Aldi's for $3.99. The soil was REALLY dry and I gave it some water.

What now?

My mother recently acquired a jasmine tree from her brother. The seller didn't relate any care techniques. What is the proper way to water, fertilize, and what amount of sun should the tree receive? Also, when is the best time to prune the tree? We live in the south and need to know how to care for it over the winter months.
