I had a guy recaulk my bathroom. He came back once to recaulk because it did not take in a couple spots . Now it peeling again (2 months). How can I teach myself how to use a caulk gun proficiently? Also what type of caulk would you use. Initially, I wanted to use silicone caulk but the handyman said this was not good for a bathroom.

Any usefull tips?

I'm trying to decide between these two toilets. Reviews online show that the Memoirs is a great toilet, but I can't find anything on Portrait. Kohler says they are the same because the flushing system is the same, but why is it then that the Devonshire gets sush bad reviews when it also has the same flushing system??? Anybody with knowledge on this subject?
