Those foam brushes are nice.
I use good old polyurethane to seal. My son and his friends build birdhouses that are meant to be outdoors in the rain, and they seal with spar varnish. It lasts longer and water can't get through to the wood.

Go to Home Depot or Lowes, I believe you can buy "self-leveling" paint, that is specifically designed for cabinets so that you don't see brush marks. Also seal them with polyurethane after to protect against scratches. Good Luck!

I use foam brushes (they come in all sizes); I do tons of crafts that require painting so these work best for me, without streaking or marks. If a project is small you can use a clear spray varnish. If it's a larger project, those foam brushes work well on a sealant also.

Probably need to spray them. Either hire some one or rent a professional paint sprayer. That's what the professionals do. May I suggest an off white or cream. I have white now and regret the day I ever did it. Yellows after time and shows a lot of dirt.
