Try www.screwfix.com they do mail order, usually next day. For an average kitchen you need a 32 fan. Website will know what th at means. Good luck. i can recommend Screwfix for most household things.

Depending on where you are try a Home Depot or similar building supply store. You also might want to correct your spelling (extractor) or try Exhaust fan in your search.
