The bolts that hold my tank to the toilet are way rusted. But the black gasket that seals the old flush valve to the tank is shot. I have a new flush valve. They're cheap. But I can't get the old one with the shot gasket out. It screws but I can't get enough leverage to unscrew it, considering that it has that big old black nasty shot gasket holding it tight to that hole in the center bottom of the tank..

I even tried that tool you use to unjam a garbage disposal and even that doesn't give me enough leverage.

With increases in the prime rate, lending companies are adjusting the rates on variable rate mortgages. Many people are starting to default, which gluts the market for a while which drives prices down. I don't think there can be any doubt that Washington popped the "bubble" intentionally, what was the reason for it (not the excuse).

My sister left my wool, pea coat, in a bag, lying in a dip in the basement floor that happens to fill with water everytime it rains. So by the time I found it, it had already been covered in green and white mold.

i need to know where to find this picture frame. i beleive it is called a tripod picture frame. im not sure. it is probably 4 feet tall give or take. it folds out into three walls kind of like a room divider does, and you put pictres in it. it usually has 4 places running down the center to hold 8x10 pictures then on each other side has places for 5x7s and a few smaller sized picture. I know this sounds complicated but i dont know what its called.

When we grouted our tile we didn't get the grout off. Our tile is not smooth. Looks like slate so there are pits and grooves and that is where the problem is lying. I can not get it out of the pits and all. Is there maybe a solvent I can buy or a home remedy that I can try? I have used a type of scouring pad, but i am afraid of damaging the grout lines (discoloring) and the tile itself. We also used a solution we mixed in with the grout called Super flexible additive. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Need to get it off so we can enjoy our work and also want to put furniture back.

How difficult was it?
Was it worth what you paid for it?
would you do it again?
Are you happy with it?
What would you change now?

We are seriously considering putting up a cabin / retirement home and love the look and feel. Trying to get some feedback.

Thanks in advance!
