I don't know who your phone company is, but the one I use has in the front few pages a number to call where you can add a service that will block anyone who uses caller ID from seeing who they are and also another option you can use so after the person calls you do not wish to hear from again hangs up, you simply dial *89 and it blocks them so you will never hear the phone ring again when they call. You can deactivate either if you choose for certain numbers at any time. They each have an a monthly fee but it's worth it if these people won't leave you alone.

well if there number shows up then you can block it ...but the best way to handle that i think is to have call interceot activated on your phone...the phone company puts everyone who calls you on hold while they ask you if you want to speak to that individual...if the people are calling private and/or blocking there number you can simply activate the block on your phone line for private callers...hope this helps

Most phone companies have Caller ID. Get it. You can see the name & # of the caller. If you don't know or want to talk to the caller, don't pick up the phone.
